Holding a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and bringing over a decade of experience across hospitality, residential, commercial, and workplace interiors, she creates environments that balance functionality and emotional impact.
Her professional experience includes leading roles at prominent design firms and managing full-scope interior architecture projects. Her portfolio features the SIXTY Hotel in Washington, D.C., The Royal at Bayview Glen Condos, Quantum North & South Towers, Regent Park Block 16, and Gold Park – Pine Valley Model Homes. She also contributed to institutional projects for the University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, and ILAC, and branded retail environments including Lindt & Sprüngli, Toyota, Kids Help Phone, and Sephora x Tatcha.
Through DMS, Dalia brings her expertise to residential homes, offices, and commercial interiors across the GTA and beyond. She is highly skilled in project planning, budget management, and Ontario Building Code (OBC) compliance, ensuring every space is not only beautifully designed but also thoughtfully executed.

Originally from the Philippines, Lian draws inspiration from a rich cultural heritage that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and storytelling an influence reflected in her approach to creating spaces that feel welcoming, meaningful, and subtly sophisticated.
In addition to design development, Lian supports project delivery through regular site visits, coordination with consultants and trades, and progress reviews to help ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
