Condo Lobby Extension

This interior renovation and design-build project focused on transforming and expanding the main lobby of a condominium at Yonge Street & York Mills in Toronto. The objective was to enhance day-to-day operations for building staff and improve the resident experience through smart space planning, modern finishes, and efficient functionality.

The scope of work included converting underutilized lobby space into a fully operational on-site management office, expanding the mail and parcel area to accommodate growing resident needs, and redesigning the front desk into a larger, custom-built reception area that enhances both presence and performance.

Working closely with contractors and trades, our team provided complete interior design and project management services ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and timely execution. 

The design was developed with careful attention to building code compliance, barrier-free accessibility, and the comfort of the building’s demographic. The result is a cohesive, functional space that elevates the condo’s shared environment and meets the practical needs of both residents and property management.
